PASSWORD SELF-SERVICE OPTIONS

This option allows you to reset a password prior to expiration or if you feel someone has obtained your password.

Set up your password and challenge questions if you are a First-time Account Holder. Not for use by Returning Account Holders.

Allows you to use your previously setup challenge questions to reset a password that you have forgotten.

If you have been assigned a temporary password by the Service Desk, you can use this option to set a password that only you know and that you can easily remember.

Allows you to update your challenge questions so you can change a forgotten password at your convenience or in the event the Service Desk is unavailable.
